The powerful SOLIX Solarbank 3 E2700 PRO storage system from Anker has a capacity of 2.7 kWh and a long-life LiFePO4 battery. This plug & play system installs in five minutes, while real-time data in the Anker app gives you full control over your energy supply. The inverter is already built into the unit, and you can connect up to four solar panels rated at a maximum of 600 W each.
The three-phase smart meter – an electricity meter for your PV system – has a built-in chip that measures and optimises your electricity consumption precisely in real time. Using 1-watt adjustment you can fine-tune the discharge, and the smart meter responds to your changes within just three seconds. That lets you use your energy at exactly the point when your PV system is at its most productive.
The unit reports stored energy along with voltage, current and power factor data. It also keeps that data for at least 60 days so you can review it later. Connection to the smart meter is via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or an RS485 cable.

Questions about this unit
Do I need to register this set?
Rules differ by country and network operator — check what applies where you are. In most markets a plug-in system is notified to the local grid operator, and the battery falls under the same notification as the solar it sits behind. The paperwork is included with the delivery.
Does the output rating breach the export limit?
No. Export limits apply to the power fed into your home wiring. In the manufacturer's app you set the export to whatever your market allows; the higher rated output is used for connected loads and for internal charging.
Can I add more batteries later?
On the modular units, yes. The extra pack stacks, connects with the supplied cable and is recognised in the app after a short firmware sync. No work on your home wiring is needed. The maximum configuration is listed in the technical data.
Can it stay outside in winter?
With IP65 and cell heating, yes: discharge down to −20 °C, charging from around 0 °C, with the heater covering the range below. Choose a rain-sheltered spot on a wall and leave clearance at the vents.
How long do the rated cycles last, and what does the warranty cover?
At roughly 250 to 300 full cycles a year, 6,000 cycles is more than 15 years of use down to 80 % remaining capacity. The manufacturer warranty is listed in the technical data; your statutory rights apply on top.
How is it installed, and do I need an electrician?
Panels plug in, the unit stands on a level surface or mounts with the supplied bracket, and it connects to a standard socket. The plug-in configuration does not require an electrician. For a fixed feed-in point or metering in the consumer unit, use a qualified electrician.
